Our service uses machine learning algorithms to analyze sports data and generate betting recommendations.

    By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

    • You are located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal
    • You are not prohibited from participating in sports betting activities
    • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

    3. No Guarantee of Profits

    We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

    5. Subscription and Payments

    We offer multiple subscription options:

    • GameChampAI Membership: Billed through Patreon. By subscribing, you agree to Patreon's terms of service.
    • Text the Algorithm: Billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

    Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Patreon account (for membership) or by contacting us (for Text the Algorithm).

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, predictions, algorithms, and materials provided by GameChampAI are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our predictions without express written permission.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameChampAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

    How do subscriptions and refunds work?

    Subscriptions bill immediately and renew monthly until cancelled, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy rather than being processed on the site.

    Can my account be terminated?

    Accounts can be suspended for sharing paid content, abusing the SMS service or violating the acceptable use terms. In those cases access ends without a pro-rated refund, as set out in the full terms above.
